EC-2026 in Georgia also is the 1st selection for WC 2027 in Kata (Men and Women). 2nd selection will be at the EC-2026 in Latvia 3-4 of October.

07.05.2026 Thursday:

Arrival of Participants,Officials and Country Delegations

13:30 –Referee Course registration:

All referee of categories EKO-C, B and A in both Kumite and Kata are welcome. New referees are also welcome and must have its countries highest national license and a recommendation from its Country Representative. The championship is held in two day and on 3 tatamis.

The Referee Course is compulsory for referees who apply for new or refresh license. Participation in referee uniform.

The course ends with a written test. For that you need a smart phone or a computer. The test is in English.

New license is 50€ and refresh license is 25€, this can be paid by card or cash at the registration before the course.

14:00 –20:00 Referee Course

Participate shall bring all documents (from EKO Homepage), be in referee uniform and with whistle. The theory test will be done online, bring a smart phone or laptop for internet connection (WiFi is provided).

10:00 – 15:00 EKO Committees and Board meetings
16:00 – 18:00 Referee registration and meeting (participation in referee uniform)
18:30 – 19:00 Coach registration and meeting (Coach participation fee: 40 Euro). All coaches must have a valid Coach Test from 2023, 2024 or 2025. The test is done online on an individual base. Link for this year’s test: https://forms.gle/iL9zBJa2oN9h8zC3A 

19:00 –19:30Draws;

20:00 –Official Welcome Reception on behalf of the Host Country, GFKNF, and the Ministry of Sport of Georgia.(By Invitation only! Dress Code –Official)
